🖼️ saw the fernando botero show at sothebys. he was a colombian painter who exaggerated dimensions satirically. i loved the tiny red dots indicating ‘sold' in this one. up til sep 7, go!

📚 read a room of one’s own by virginia woolf, her 1929 essay that women need their own space and funds to write fiction. still thinking about how groundbreaking this argument was/is/etc.

🎥 watched american movie. this documentary follows a man's efforts to make a horror film amidst a cvs receipt length set of roadblocks (alcoholism, debt, flawed team, 3 kids). fab!
